"Gerry is an exceptional contractor and exceptional human being. As newer homeowners and inexperienced handy persons, Gerry went out of his way to explain processes and provide thoughtful insight into the work being completed. He has a great relationship with his subcontractors and that was prominent when issues arose as they were quickly fixed. We provided Gerry with a professional drawing of the basement and he provided his thoughts and made quality improvements without changing the overall layout. Our basement was built during the COVID pandemic and Gerry stored masks and disinfectant directly outside our front door so all parties involved felt comfortable and safe. During the initial quote was honest about the supply chain disruption and the potential for delay in supplies. Overall, it was fantastic to have an individual flexible and accommodating to the changing environment. The quality of finished basement exceeded our expectations by far. We were skeptical of hiring a general contractor at first, but have no questions since hiring Gerry. If we were to build a home or have another significant remodel, we would hire Gerry again in a heartbeat."

"The salesman, Kris W., was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of my time. He was very good at helping me decide what I truly wanted. He worked with me to secure very manageable financing. He also gave me his cell no. to call him at any time with concerns that I might have. The company was very timely in every aspect - securing the materials, contacting me to set up times, and following up to check my satisfaction. The two workmen, Chad and Jeff, showed up promptly at the scheduled time on the day of the installation. They diligently worked for 6 1/2 hours straight, removing my clawfoot tub, tearing off the wainscoting, putting in new surround, building a wall, and putting in my new tub/shower with shelves, curved rod, and two safety bars. They were able to work this in around my window, which was vital to me. Nick, the master plumber, came in to take care of the new plumbing needed, and was very thorough and efficient. Chad and Jeff were very courteous and cleaned up absolutely everything before their departure. It's amazing what three men accomplished between 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM. As we explained our plans, he asked questions but never said we won't be able to do that or change our minds to do something we didn't want. We had them remove four windows and replace 3 of them them were able to get exactly the windows we wanted. Took out two walls and opened up the room. Opened a walkway into the bathroom. Moved an intake vent. Painted, layed tile, converted bathtub into shower. We were very happy with the results. My wife loves her new master bedroom."
