"Matt Ford did an excellent job in installing an attic door access in our home which had none. It can be difficult as a homeowner to find the right person to assist us with our homes. It took us 10 years to finally find an honest and quality company to work with for our carpentry needs. I sent my bid in for our project at about 9:30pm and was not that impressed with the company we were paired with. After reading the reviews on the additional professionals I sent Mr. Ford an email. He had already responded to me by 10:00pm. Great first impression! We spoke the next morning and promptly met to discuss our needs and wants. Based on my research he quoted us a more than fair price and set a timetable for expectations. He was even happy to work with the fact I had already purchased the assembly. This is the point in the past that with most companies the experience changes for the worse and we are getting ready to have a large hole put in our ceiling. You won't get that with Fords Siding & Remodeling. Not only was our project completed on time but ahead of the originally scheduled date. Mr Ford and his associate Steven showed up on time ready to work. They completed my attic door efficiently and made sure that it was positioned to our liking. Everything looked exactly like we were hoping; that it had been completed by a true professional. They even vacuumed and made sure all debris was removed. This is an individual who truly takes pride in their work and it shows. There is no question as to why Mr. Ford has such great reviews. He earns them. "After the amazing job Win-Win did on our master bathroom, we decided to go directly into the renovation of our hallway bath and half bath. We were not disappointed. This was a complete gut beyond the studs, saving only the brick facade and roof gables with a major addition, upstairs dormer, and addition of two story detached garage all while trying to keep to the historic look of the neighborhood and on a strict timeline. Lees attention to detail, resourcefulness and keen eye when applying architects design to function and form, even improving on the original drawings. Lee not only has insight into the proper ways and order to perform major renovations, she also has an incredible eye for design and always doing what is going to be best in the long run for your home.
