"Needed a chimney repair due to leaking into our garage and Aiden contacted us very quickly to give us a quote. Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Aiden also followed up with me personally to see if any leaks had occurred since the repair. None have occurred which is great! Larry arrived on time, introduced himself and was ready to go to work. He was polite, personable and a diligent craftsman. He had a pleasant demeanor and wasted no time, completing the project. He appreciated our work space accommodations and appeared genuinely shocked at our generous tip, upon completion. If this service provider was needed again, we would ask for Larry. So yes, we would use this service again and encourage others, to give them strong consideration.
