"Stay FAR away from this man! He is a thief!!!! Initially I reached out because my freezer went out and he had pretty good reviews. He was responsive up until he got all of our money. He came out once and the issue was not resolved. It was like pulling teeth to get him to come back out. He eventually did after canceling on us twice and lo and behold the issue still persisted. He never fixed the issue. I followed up with him again to see when he would come out for a third time. This man is completely ignoring me. The lack of professionalism is absolutely astounding. I have no desire to do any further business with this man so I asked for a full refund. We paid $300 to have our freezer fixed and this man stole our money and never fixed the issue and continues to ignore me. I asked him to refund us all of our money and he blocked me! Now Im going to have to take him to court because hes a piece of crap. He will steal your money then block you and these screenshots are proof!!"

"Overall very happy with our experience with 4Ever Remodeling. They took our completely unfinished 1920s basement and created an in-law suite with extra-large bath. They were great at handling the City of Chicago permit process, which was one of my biggest concerns. Work included: Rebuilding basement stairs (sturdiest stairs I've ever seen). Adding a full bath with jetted tub, two-person shower, tile, all new plumbing including ejector pump. New exterior windows to comply with egress codes (really impressed with the exterior brickwork - you can't tell at all that any changes were made. They matched the grout and design perfectly). Installation of a large wet bar with dishwasher, shelving, quartz counters and cabinetry. Cabinets are very high quality. HVAC for basement and they extended the AC throughout first floor as well. Lighting, flooring, drywall, insulation etc. Highlights: Particularly impressed with their carpenter who did gorgeous, perfectly aligned work. Their designer, Magda was very helpful in guiding us and helping make selections (we've never done a project anywhere near this scope before). Communication was very clear and responsive. Workspace was immaculate at the end of every day. As with any project of this size there were a few nits: Their electrical team was slow to address a few concerns the inspector had and they disabled an outlet on the first floor. Granted, they were given an absolute trash mess of wiring to start out with. Also, the bathroom painter did not cover the tub when painting the ceiling, and I had to spend some time scraping flecks of paint off with a credit card. Those minor issues aside, I feel confident the project was done right, everyone that sees it absolutely gushes about the result, and I'm jealous that my in-law kitchen and bath are nicer than my own on our first floor! I'd definitely use 4Ever again (and in fact are considering a second project right now)."

"Our project turned out better than we expected and as things were going along, we added more projects. Patryk, Greg and their team did a fantastic job. They were always so nice to work with, even suggesting things which was helpful. They never left a project until they thought it was perfect. We did a full kitchen remodel, even closing off a window to move a fridge and pantry to the other side to allow more cabinets and much needed counter space. They widen the entrance and the kitchen seems so much bigger. We think it’s Beautiful! They did laminated floors throughout the first floor, painted all walls and new baseboards. They created a wine bar which was just a cubby hole. They put in a pantry like cubby hole in our laundry room and added cabinets and above wall unit. One of the projects we had them add is new wooden stairs to the 2nd floor, white spindles and railing that curves instead of a wall and laminate floors on the 2nd floor. Other odd and ends that they never hesitated to do. We appreciate all they have done in our home, To us, it’s amazing how nice it is and how it should have been all the years we have lived here. Its exciting to show it off, it feels like a new house. These guys are amazing and would definately recommend them to anyone. Very reliable and easy to get in contact with when needed. "Miro redid our kitchen and half bath and we're thrilled with the results. We got a few quotes and ultimately went with Homewise Remodelers because the price was reasonable and Miro was so thorough in walking us through our options. He helped us select cabinets and worked through several versions of the kitchen layout until we were happy with it--we were easily able to swap out cabinet layouts and finishings, like adding a farmhouse sink. His crew were reliable, on-time, and respectful of our property throughout the remodel and we appreciated their attention to detail. They solicited our input on decorative details and were quick to fix things we didn't like, e.g., the location of kitchen cabinet pulls. We felt they treated our home as they would their own. The project even wrapped up a few days early. We would absolutely recommend Homewise Remodelers and choose them for future projects."

Kris was onsite everyday and worked in a strategic way that there was never any lost time. He has a great eye for detail and design. You can tell he has a passion for his work. He consulted me often when changes needed to be made to the prints. Great communication during the whole project. He works excellent with DYI'ers like myself. He was patient with me and my hundred questions. He was also very flexible if I changed my mind or had an alteration to the original plan. I look forward to working with Kris again."

"John and team transformed our old bathroom shower into a modern “marble look” porcelain tile shower. His team started work quickly and adjusted hours to our schedule. The were extremely helpful providing design recommendations, quick to complete the project, worked cleanly/neatly throughout the project (no dust and debris anywhere), and were easy to work with. And, their price was the best of the three contractors I talked to. I would highly recommend John and his team. Our shower looks incredible, thanks to John’s quality work. I wish we had done this sooner."
