They left me with no mess and a perfectly installed microwave. Made sure to level the appliance and do a test run making sure it was running properly before they left. The installer was very polite and respectful. I will be hiring them again if I need any other appliance installations done. 10/10 would recommend. "

They send you daily emails around 830 am describing the activities for the day and who will be inside your house. Their communication is great - they always answer emails and texts in a very timely matter. The master bathroom we had remodeled looks great and was done in the time period they indicated at the beginning of the process. Sure, you could probably find someone cheaper and does inferior work, however we wanted it done right the first time. Nic and Sarah and the entire team exceeded our expectations!"

"Last week, they sent two men to give us an estimate for water heater repairs. They didn't ask us to turn on any faucets to test it, nor did they open the water heater itself. They looked at the outside of the heater and told us it was too small for our house. They quoted us about $6500 to replace it with a larger one. This week, we asked another company to send someone. After testing the water heater and checking the error code, they removed a mud wasp nest from the intake. The system works great, and we only had to pay for two hours of their time."

After he reviewed the work we needed done (repairs, door seals and weather stripping on our double front doors), he obtained all the necessary repair parts and completed the project on time and to our complete satisfaction. He made excellent suggestions about possible upgrades to our existing doors, and his suggestions were spot-on. He did not leave until the job site was totally cleaned and we were totally satisfied with the work. "I paid $32,062.46 upfront. Due to non-performance of duties and/or responsibilities and damages to the property, it was mutually agreed to terminate the contract with Elizabeth Meisel on 2/28/25. Zack did not follow the permitted stamped architect plans and was provided feedback. The ceiling framing was off by 4' and the kitchen framing off by appx 9". Tell was made aware and still could not follow the plans for the kitchen. The original parquet in the large closet was demolished. It is estimated $800 for materials and labor. I made numerous calls, some not returned. Many meetings. Elizabeth Meisel assured me I would not be charged for work not completed. I sent a demand letter, no response. She is not returning my calls, now. I am now forced to pay the fees associated with ownership of the property and rent as I sold property to purchase this one. I am 70 years old and am forced to go back to work full time to cover housing expenses. Now I also have attorney’s fees."
