"I used Walter and his crew for weekly mowing and landscaping. They did a great job. I have also used them to clean up my flower beds and around my trees. They put in new sod and new soil. They also took down a large tree, including the roots. It was perfect. They repaired a 7â  fence and Walter put in a new gate. He even went to his house and built the gate and returned the same day and installed it. I was so impressed! As he was leaving, I asked him about a latch that was not working on a dog kennel. He went to his truck and got what he needed and fixed it right then! They are the best I have ever used for fence repair and landscaping. I highly recommend them. By the way, I am a single girl and they are very reasonable in their costs. They are just excellent and honest!"

Sod installations FAQs
Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.

Standard sod pieces measure 2 feet by 1½ feet, and one pallet covers 450 square feet. “New sod develops a strong root system within 10 to 14 days, so it is not ready for heavy use until this period is complete. Do not walk on or disturb the sod during this critical phase, as premature activity delays healthy rooting. Allow the grass to settle firmly to secure long-term lawn durability.”
“You can begin limited, careful use of your lawn two weeks after installation to allow initial rooting. However, refrain from heavy traffic or frequent mowing until six weeks have passed and the roots have fully anchored the sod.
