"I received two estimates before Mowery sent their estimator to my home. The customer service I received from Mowery was very friendly and efficient from the initial scheduling, to the estimation appointment and the plumber who did the actual work. It definitely felt like a family owned business owned by a family with integrity and experience! The person who scheduled the initial appointment for the estimation listened to ALL of my plumbing issues and chose a plumber specifically for my older Broad Ripple home with galvanized pipes. The estimator was very thorough and knowledgable and gave me clear options for solutions to my needs and pricing for each issue. The plumber clarified each issue and kept me updated throughout the project. Everyone was polite, efficient, and communicated well. Also, everyone who came to my home was clean, tidy and respectful!! I just had the plumbing work done yesterday so I have not had a chance to experience follow up customer service, but my experience so far gives me every reason to believe that they will stand behind their service. I give Mowery an A+ so far."
