"Jason did exactly what he said, on time, at a great price. He replaced my back patio door. He brought help and all tools, went up to hardware store for more wood and flashing. Jason communicated very well during the quoting phase. Step he discussed step by step what he would do. He stayed in touch before the work date. And he was here when he said he would be and finish the job in one day, cleaning up and hauling off all materials. I strongly recommend giving him a shot."

"I have worked with contractors for 20 years on a regular basis building and remodeling homes. He is by far one of the best when it comes to details. Typically you need to pay much more for this high quality work, but to get both the highest quality work for a responsible price is unheard of. After initially doing my first repair job, which was carpentry and painting, I saw how detailed his work was and hired him to install traveterine tile throughout our master bathroom and two other guest bathroom. The tile work tuned out perfect. I will never use anyone else."

"Very professional company. Daniel istened to what I wanted, and asked questions until we had the project outlined to fit my needs and wishes. The project was a new concrete porch with railing, steps and ramp in front of my home and replacing the pavers in back with a new concrete patio. Gary did the concrete work and it turned out exactly as I had hoped. Good company to work with and work was completed in a timely manner."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
