The work was done in 1 day as promised. It’s been 5 months. I had a small leak where the shower frame meets at the bottom in the corner. I contacted customer service and the problem was a quick fix with caulking. The initial installers were professional, respectful of my home and cleaned up after the installation. I have been hounding Lance for 15 months to fix a drain he put in my driveway. I keep getting empty promises that it will be taken care of. The drain has never worked and my garage floods with large rains. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I had one of his crew tell me shortly after the project that Lance took shortcuts. Cracks appeared in the driveway less than six months after completion. And, multiple areas of the driveway shift up and down when driven over. I currently am seeking legal remedies. If you want to throw your money in the trash, Real Deal Remodeling is for you."
