Searching for a company that says they do deep cleaning AND follows through has taken me a year. After reading reviews for Hall-Mark Premier House Cleaning Service, I hurried to their website. It told me everything that I wanted to know, that this wasn't just another pretty maid service that dusted and vacuumed. I KNEW my house had a lot of grime and was willing to pay to have it cleaned really well...the baseboard edges, wood paneling around doors, etc. I put in a request for a quote. Easy peezy. Nathan, their Sales Mgr, (he had a really nice voice) called me within a few hours and we talked about the different levels of cleaning and how much it would cost. He made everything very clear and also emailed me a list of the things the cleaners would do. I WAS SET TO GO! Hall-Mark had a full schedule and so did I but somehow they managed to squeeze me in. No, they didn't just spray and swipe with a paper towel. The cleaners were on their hands and knees, or a ladder, with a bucket of water! This was serious cleaning and they washed every single minutiae, the least little spot, of my house, like that. It'd be neat if I had taken some before and after pictures but I didn't think of it. My advice would be to give them a call. Your home will be so clean...and you'll be kicking yourself and wondering why you waited so long."
