We needed to replace some of the plyboard under the shingles and instead of charging by the hour for each of the crew (which all other contractors had quoted) he charged us by the sq. foot. We were on a budget and it gave us the feeling that costs would not get out of control if anything unexpected happened. Not just cost but speed, efficiency, quality of workmanship, management and attention to detail were all incredible. Tony and his crew were also extremely neat and tidy and left the house and garden spotless (they even made regular sweeps with magnets to pick up every last nail). If ever I was going to recommend a roofing company, California Roof Technicians would be it. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone."
