"Alex came to our home and installed a set of very heavy curtains for us, along with the rod. It sounds straightforward but we had a previous installer who was not able to do the job correctly. Alex spent a lot of time making sure all the measurements were correct and did not rush the job at all. The end result was perfect. We hope to call Alex back to our home for other tasks in the future!"

"Melendez construction was an excellent choice for us. We have used them on two projects, both done in an excellent manner. One project involved replacing flooring in bathroom. The second a partial remodel of bathroom, involving drywall, plumbing, painting, and electric. "These fellas were great! The Boss, Trevor, could not make it as his wife was giving birth to their very cute daughter, his brother Denim shared a photo. Congrats to the Couple. Denim and James were right on time and from the moment they arrived, they were all business, sticking an moving. They did a great job, and were dedicated to the task. They were very polite and respectful. As a Contractor for nearly 4 decades, their good work habits were well defined and demonstrated. They even used a specific grommeted fasteners I provided as being one for water tightness in the roof panels. Great job.
