"While we hired them to repair the roof. While on the roof they noticed the gutters needed cleaned and tacked up, so they did it and did not charge extra. Going the extra mile seems to be their ethic. Being from out of town, I appreciated them sending pictures of what needed done and the finished product."

"This company is rare in Central Florida. They are reasonably priced, they are punctual, honorable and work extremely hard. If there were more than five stars to give, I would!"

"There are times where you get pleasantly surprised. My experience with B. Marshall was one of those times. I had a roof leak by my chimney. I contacted Angi on Thursday and by Friday, Ben stopped by and provided me an estimate. He was able to get the work done on Tuesday, and did a great job prior to a significant winter storm. Needless to say, i would definitely hire again, and will recommend to friends and family."

"The team that I dealt with, husband and wife, were nothing but professional. Pleasant to deal with from start to finish, both on the phone and in person. I had a touch up job done where they sealed all of the joints, replaced the nails, hangers, and also cleaned my gutters as needed. The price was more than reasonable and the service was excellent, on time and friendly. I highly recommend them. I will be using them in the future to install gutter shields to prevent debris from clogging them again 5 stars all the way."

"Mr. Fountain provides excellent service at reasonable prices. He charged hundreds less than the competitors to clean the gutters of my house. Even though he charged less, the quality of service was high. He is very professional and efficient. He does more than just gutters, and I will be using him for other services as well!"

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
