"Ali, was the service technician sent to my home. My AC unit was blowing air but not cooling the air down. Ali found the problem quickly clogged condenser lines and quoted the repair cost. He also recommended some additional maintenance work most of which I agreed to and some I decided was not needed at this time. Ali and his trainee were courteous efficient and explained the problems in my system, the work to be done and the costs for each service and repair. I believe Ali and his team did a good job on the repair and set my system up for uninterrupted service for the summer. Work performed: Condenser line clearing, removal of water from safety pan, replacement of sensor, replacement of damaged wiring, coolant check, chemical cleaning of two AC units"

They provided same-day service (at end of June!) when the largest AC Service provider (you would recognize their name) could not schedule an appointment less than 10 days out. On top of that, Prime AC ended up replacing a 2.5 year old system which the "largest AC Service provider" installed previously which had a 1-year labor warranty. Watch out for those 1-year labor warranties, because it means the provider has no confidence in what they are installing! Prime AC recommended a solution to address the specific needs of my problem with a ten-year warranty, parts AND LABOR! They were very thorough with the install and the system works great. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing AC issues. They are honest, hard-working, and reasonable...nice to see that still exists in some AC companies."

They charged $489 to install my Kitchen faucet that I bought. Only labor for less than 1 hour. I called them to get a break down of how it cost $489 for installation of a faucet and they didn't call me back. I will never use them again."
