"I hired Mario Casillas in January of 2023 for some landscaping and to build a 6'x40' patio covering. After completing some work he refused to apply for a building permit for the patio covering. I paid $12,500 to start project. We agreed that after his refusal for the permit he would send me a refund statement for work done. He over charged me work not in contract or done. I contacted ROC and Mario Casillas sent ROC inspector a phony refund statement with my forged signature before day of inspection . With this forged statement Mario Casillas told the inspector that I agreed with my refund money that he refunded to me. I never signed this phony statement and took Mario Casillas to court . The judge agreed that signature was most likely forged . In court in front of the judge his assistant and I Mario Casillas held up the forged statement and said he knows I signed it because it matches my driver's license signature. I have a CD court copy of his full statements he made in court. "

They had to first remove the old concrete and rebar, spread sand evenly, install the pavers, and put sand in the cracks. Everything looked beautiful when they finished and they cleaned up the area very well. Mario is a very skilled craftsman who oversees the work and also does some of it himself. He has taught his crew how to do the work and requires the same dedication and professionalism from them that he models. Chips Tree Service is a local Phoenix tree service company that has been with the valley since 2009 .We have Certified Arborist on site everyday and experienced workers that have been in trees for anywhere between 5-15 years or more. Our office staff keep a very professional atmosphere and are always happy to set an appointment, take a payment or simply help our clients get a better understanding of how we operate. "I had a pine tree that had several dead branches that the crew cut off but didnt not seal the cuts. Now i have tree sap running down the tree, all over the ground and on my vehicle. It says on the internet.. quote " it's generally not considered good for tree sap to run down a tree after a branch is cut, although a small amount of sap seeping from a fresh cut is normal and not a cause for concern; excessive sap flow can attract pests and diseases, so proper pruning techniques to minimize sap leakage are recommended. " unquote. I am concern about all this sap mess. My question why wasnt the spot where the brances were cut not sealed with tree tar or plastic. Now CHIPS TREE SERVICE has left my tree open to disease and insect infestation!!!! I would not hire them again for trimming trees."

"Micah King did an excellent job, and he knows his trees. After moving in last year, I found the large trees on both sides of the yard were bugging me. It takes a real idiot planting these four feet apart anyway. No knowing exactly what I wanted, I had Micah have a look, and discovered they were Siberian elms, which are the scourge of the tree world. I decided to have all 24 removed. His estimate was very reasonable, and included grinding. He observed all safety protocols for this kind of work. He left the yard cleaner than when he started. I would use again."
