Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear, Sewer main Clear
"I have had other services come out before but never have I had such a thorough job done. They not only ran the auger to the curb, they went out 100 feet to the main city line to guarantee a cleared line. They went above and beyond my expectations and didn t leave until they were confident the drain ran continuously clear. They were very courteous and knowledgeable having been on other jobs in my neighborhood. I highly recommend their sewer drain service!"

Furthermore< he came out in less then one hour, and diagnosed and finished the job promptly. I will definitely use him again as well as recommend him to anyone needing a plumber !"

Plumbing
"Chris is a very thorough & polite plumber that I would DEFINITELY hire again. I had several problems with worn out, ill-fitting, and corroded toilet parts, as well as spigots, faucets, and uneven water flow in faucets inside and outside. I decided to replace that older toilet that I called about. A new, nicer toilet wasn’t really that much more than replacing all those worn @ cracked parts in that older toilet that I didn’t like so much anyway (very low also). Thank you for submitting my name to him! He amazed me by carrying out the old, and carrying in the new toilets up and down 16 steps; by himself. Polite and never complaining!"

Water Heaters, Water filtration, Clogs , and 2 more
"I would definitely recommend P-Residential for plumbing issues. I had them do three things. 1) Install two bidet units on my toilets 2) Replace a 90 year old bathroom sink faucet which was rusted to the old pedestal sink which another plumber said couldn't be done without damaging the sink but Don did a fantastic job. Oh, also repaired the leak under that sink on the hot water side. 3) Replaced a kitchen faucet and gave good advise on what is the better faucet brands."
