Rocco was excellent to work with. He was very clear in his communication about schedule, materials, etc and helped tremendously in the design of the project. The only issue we had was discovered after the project had been complete for a few months, when the rains returned. The drainage outlet was too close in elevation to the patio drains, and water was pooling on the patio. A quick call with Rocco got that fixed quickly. The true test of a company doesn't happen when things go perfectly. It happens when things don't go perfectly and how they respond. Black Diamond aced this test."
