"I hired Franco to help me assess moving my Gas and Water Meter as city of Palo Alto said there is a potential hazard. What the City of PA wanted is to create a hole in the outer wall and ask a plumber to extend the pipe to outside so that they (City) can move the Gas and Water meter unit to outside (to be safe with Gas Leakage) and build 3 poles around it so cars in the driveway do not hit it. It would have made the whole house look ugly with this idea. Franco came, assessed the situation and within minutes made suggestions that would obviate the need to move the meter outside. I did exactly as Franco said and it passed the inspection without much cost and an ugly looking structure hanging outside near the driveway. Frnaco is bright, smart, selfless and sincere. He did not care about his cost but wanted to make sure we are taken care off. This is a very high value thoughtfulness to a customer"

"My mother is 99 and her water heater started leaking. Called Allen and he responded within 30 minutes. This was approximately 2 pm, he replaced water heater and removed old one by 4:30. Allen was professional, knowledgeable, and was easy to deal with. If you have a water heater issue I would strongly recommend Allen of 365. I am amazed how this process worked out. Thank you Allen"
