Carpet Repairs, Carpet Installs
"Had Tobias replace linoleum and restretch carpet back into place after water damage. We waited three weeks for responses from other contractors. Not even 10 minutes after sending out my job for quotes, Tobias contacted me. The same night a date and time was setup to get the work done, 2 days later....on Christmas week The next day I receive a call, Tobias was able to come out sooner. But, to no fault of his own, he had to reschedule to the original time the next day. Other contractors complained restretching carpet causes bad seems, customer complaints, and other excuses i didn't care about. I wasn't willing to spend $15k just for new carpet when the padding took most of the water. My expectations were simple: do the best you can. The restretch was knocked out of the park. Looks just as good as the original install, in some places better. Care was taken to cover the details, which was unexpected. The linoleum install looks great. I was able to see the water damage to the floor board before the install. The day Tobias came to do the work, all the other contractors decided to call wanting to do the job, in s9ome cases two days after the quote request went out. Tobias wanted the job the most, he got it. And he did great too. We also have major second hand smoke allergies. My son and I both have come close to death from it, yet smokers think it's OK to send us 6 feet under. I didn't tell Tobias how serious the allergy was, he took just the allergy alone so serious, even his assistant who smokes was serious about it. We are so sensitive, smoke just in your clothes, breath, hair, could send us to the hospital. Tobias' assistant showed up first (sorry, bad with names). I could tell right away he was a smoker. However, I could also tell he took the allergy seriously. I found out he had changed to clothes that weren't smoked around, didn't smoke all morning, just for us. It paid off. 6 hours after the install and we are doing fine. He took so much care for our safety not even knowing how serious the allergy was, I am so happy his precautions worked out. All of us but one were suffering from a serious medical condition during the install, some sounds could send us into some serious pain. We told them not to worry about us, just do the job, noises are unavoidable. We were warned when potential issues would come up that could affect us so we could prep ourselves. If something caused us trouble, they were quick to get the task over so we could recover. Other contractors have shown up smelling pretty bad...first thing in the morning. Hockey locker rooms smelled like roses in comparison. Took two days of Febreeze to remove the funk from the house. Tobias and his assistant came from another job, leaving expectations they would smell they had been working. There was definitely no funk, showing they cared about hygiene and how they presented themselves. I will definitely have more flooring work in the future, Tobias is on my speed dial."

"Performed work as promised, even repaired additional damage discovered during project at a reasonal price. Bid was several hundred dollars cheaper than other bids. Very satisfied. Would strongly recommend them to others."
