Here at, CTI of Georgia, LLC, we sustain our business on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work. We are experts in our trade and will do our best to keep you as educated as we can on your particular task or project. We look forward to earning your business.

"Terrible. The provider said the floors were prepped well and he also grinded minimally on them to fix any additional leveling. He also had us contracted to pay 50% up front and the final 50% after completion. When he arrived to get the first payment he made a big issue of not wanting to do the job unless we paid 100% up front. With the urgency of the job needing to be completed, we decided to pay him in hopes of it getting completed to our liking; however, the job ended up being very disappointing. The prep was not even close to being completed for a job to be started, so any professional should know not to begin work until ready. There was a primer coat applied that was way too thin, and not what was advised to put down. Then he put a coat of an epoxy the next day he came back and it didn t cover the primer as it was supposed to do. It looked very poorly applied and unprofessional. After he finished he didn t speak with the owners or go over the job to consider their opinion on how the job was completed, or give an opportunity for any additional steps needed to make the job better to their liking. He instead didn t contact us at all and I had to contact him to tell him the job was completely botched. He said he couldn t give any refunds but he could come back and do an additional coat for $700 more, which was ridiculous considering the job wasn t completed in the first place. There was no top cot even put on it which the contract called for. Overall, the job was just very unprofessional and rushed."

Established in 1987, GP Hardscape Pavers, Inc. in Cumming, GA is a family owned Atlanta Hardscape business. I’m Eddie Galvao and I started working installing pavers and retaining walls in the Sunshine State more than 20 years ago. Back then, I was mostly a middle man contractor for other larger companies, but felt the need for something bigger. So I moved on to being a paver contractor in Cumming, Georgia and started my own company, GP Hardscape, Inc.

"Great job! Iraci and her team at GP Hardscape were very professional, they constructed a walkway and build a retaining wall and a patio that is the envy of my neighbors. They did everything in a timely manner and finished the job on time."

"On May 4, I met with a Field Inspector (Salesman) from Aquaguard regarding a leak that I had in my basement. He advised that I needed to have my son move some dirt around my foundation to fix the leak in the basement. I found out from a landscape company that fixed the cause of the leak that this would have made it worse. However the Field Inspector recommended new gutters (which I agree were needed), poly-renewal to fix the cracks in my driveway, and column lift for the column in the middle of my garage doors. These repairs were approximately $10,000. My problems started from there. The field inspector led me to believe the my house would be virtually unsaleable if I did not have the repairs completed. As a widow, without any knowledge of home repairs, I trusted what he said. Later I found out that the column lift and the crack repair in the driveway were not necessary. He completely missed a problem with my front porch being separated from the house. I paid a $2,900 deposit with work was to start on June 7. On June 7, The work on the column was completed. A member of the crew said that they were not sure why this was recommended. June 9, The driveway work was completed by a different crew. They arrived 3 hours earlier than scheduled. They said that they had seen much worse driveways. What I did not know was the the work that they do with the polypill does not repair the cracks. It only prevents them from getting worse, according the the Aquaguard crew. My driveway looks exactly like it did before I spent $1500 for repair. Also on June 9, the gutter repair crew arrived. They were scheduled for the afternoon, but arrived at 9:30 am. Following the gutter install, I walked around with the crew foreman. There was one downspout that was not attached to the gutter. I pointed this out to the foreman. He called someone over to fix that. This young man left a hammer in the yard, was told to pick it up, then threw it down in a different part of the yard. This was a preview of the problems to come. The following morning, I walked out on my deck to find it in complete disarray with rusty nails and a black roofing dust everywhere. I picked up over 40 nails. Nails that my grandchildren could have easily walked on. I found large gutter nails in my yard that could have caused injury to my lawn maintenance person or damaged his equipment. My deck furniture and rug were ruined. I sent a text to the scheduler (the only number I had) on Saturday. He did not respond. A supervisor Nick called me on June 13. He sent someone to my home on June 14 to help clean up and access the damage. The person that he sent was injured and could not do anything with his arm in a sling. He also came with no tools, equipment, paper to take notes, a camera to take pictures, nothing. He borrowed my broom and water hose to spray off my concrete patio. It was a nice gesture but absolutely no help at all. I sent Nick a list of items that were damaged. He said that they would take care of it, but there was no follow-up. He said that he wanted to come to my house to see the damage, but because of our schedules, he could not come for two weeks. I sent a text the week he was supposed to be back in town but did not hear anything. I cleaned my deck and replaced the items that were damaged so that I could use my deck. As of August 5, nearly two months after the initial work was completed, I have heard nothing from Aquaguard about them taking responsibility for the shoddy work and irresponsible work ethic of their gutter crew. I am terribly disappointed in this company and would not recommend them to anyone. Additionally, I was overcharged by $2900. I never received any receipt or breakdown for what I was charged by each of the three different crews even though I asked for an email receipt. I did get a refund for the overpayment. Do not use this company if you want someone who lives up to their word, who has reliable, consistent accounting practices and who has employees that take pride in their work. Services: Concrete leveling, Driveway repairs, gutter installation"

Concrete finishing, overlays & coloring applications FAQs

When properly maintained, stained concrete floors can last 20 years or more. For optimal protection, they require sealing every two to four years. Regular sealing helps reinforce the surface against moisture, scratches, and wear. Maintaining a consistent schedule preserves the floor’s appearance and structural integrity, ensuring lasting performance and adding value to your home.

While durable, stained concrete floors can crack under intense humidity or stress, which can affect their uniform appearance. If cracks occur, repairs might not blend perfectly with the original finish. Regular inspections and timely professional repairs can prevent these issues. Consistent maintenance protects the surface, maintains its aesthetic appeal, and upholds the floor’s overall durability.

The permanence of a concrete stain depends on the type of stain used. Water-based stains provide a semi-permanent appearance that allows for future modifications. In contrast, acid-based stains create an irreversible change through a chemical reaction. Your choice should reflect whether you prefer a finish that can be changed later or a consistent, long-lasting look.

Yes, changing the color of a concrete floor is best achieved by staining rather than painting. Staining establishes a strong, durable bond with the surface and resists chipping and fading. Paint doesn't adhere as firmly and deteriorates under regular use. Choosing a stain ensures a vibrant, resilient finish that maintains its appeal and protects the concrete over time.

Stained concrete floors offer exceptional aesthetic and functional benefits. They create a chic, modern look that enhances any interior and can increase your home's value. The durable finish withstands heavy traffic and requires minimal maintenance, making it a practical choice for busy households. This investment in quality flooring also boosts resale appeal and adds significant long-term value to your property.
