"The work that I asked for was satisfactory but they left some edges ragged and unfinished. I credit that to it not being their usual job (removing vines from a house is a different task than removing or trimming a tree). They did not bring a ladder even though I showed them the extent of the work that needed to be done on the second storey and arrived in the morning when I had been told they would be there after noon. Then they told me they didn’t take credit card after I specifically asked and they had said they did. So the job was done, but I was not impressed with their professionalism."

They cleaned up all the mess, including branches that were already down, and left me the wood cut into stove lengths and stacked it too. I highly recommend, a GREAT group of guys and I will be having them back soon!"
