"They came out to look and bid. I was convinced the whole water heater would need to be replaced and showed him why. He listened but also did a more thorough inspection. He found a solution that didn?t require a tank replacement and was able, with a few replacement parts solve the problem on the spot. This was an end of the day bid but even though it wasn?t an emergency he stayed to fix the problem. Professional, friendly and rather than just letting me thing i needed an expensive solution he quickly found the real problem and saved me a lot of money. I will certainly be using them in the future and recommend them highly"

"Contacted Mike after waiting for the original plumber we called to cal back (never heard from him) . My daughter told us about My Guy had plumbed their bathroom. Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. They did a total cleanup and removed the old concrete sink and did it all at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike for any plumbing job."

"Raptor Rooter were in a crunch situation as they needed to respond to an emergency situation at another site. They suggested possibly rescheduling for the next day at the time I was calling to inform them we had developed a problem which required us to shut down the main water to the house. Raptor's service dispatcher immediately responded let me work with our crews i Will call you back. I received a call back about 5 minutes later and was informed she had come up with a crew that were on their way to pickup the water heater and would install today the original instillation date and they would handle the additional leak problem. Raptor Rooter came thru big time the crew arrived unloaded the new heater one man started removing the old heater while the other replaced the problem water valve which was my emergency. Both men then concentrated in completing the water heater replacement very efficiently. In my opinion these guys are top rate. The four stars on money even though the were the low bidders for the replacement, I would like it to be cheaper. Sorry that's just me."

"Riley offered to try an inexpensive fix that might be only temporary, but we asked him to go ahead and do the job right. The kitchen sink drain needed to be moved lower so that the dishwasher and disposer would drain properly (they didn't have to deal with such things in 1909!). He got it all done the same morning, and we are happy not to worry about water pouring out onto the floor."
