He was hauling off a leather couch and chair that our two magnificent Old English Sheepdogs (now lost to us, one at a time) had lived in and loved (and essentially ruined), and I was weeping over saying goodbye to especially the chair because it was just like mourning the passing of Brodie and of Bear all over again. Tyler indicated that I needed a hug, and he did that too! It must have been a first in his career: a client sobbing over the removal of junk, but Tyler was just that sensitive and respectful. I would not have expected such caring. And the guys carried out the massive furniture as if they had been dealing with a stack of butterfly wings. Wow."
