"Highly NOT Recommended! I have used Delaware Plumbing Professionals more than once. The first time, although not inexpensive, the job was done well. The second time, I called them to diagnose a problem with my sump pump. The pump was only one year old and was malfunctioning. I was told that, since they didn’t install the pump, the only option they could offer was to install a brand-new pump, which would cost around $2,000. I said, "Thank you," paid $65 for the visit, and that was it. The pump was later fixed with a simple tweak. Today, I called them for the third time to look at a leaking shower and a leaking garbage disposal. I was informed that to change the leaking gasket at the top of the disposal, they would charge me the price of a full disposal replacement, which is over $450, for less than one hour worth of work (I asked). As for the leaking shower, even though I clearly identified the leaking plunger (a $20 part), I was told they couldn’t address it and could only offer a replacement of the entire shower valve inside the wall, which I assume would be a job costing a few thousand dollars. Wasted another $65 for their useless visit."

From beginning to end, Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. We received detailed cost estimates that were accurate and competitive with other contractors we spoke to. The level of protection that was installed was top notch. We did not have any dust in areas outside of the work area and Mike and his team were always careful to clean and keep the protection clean which was fantastic. The quality of the work was excellent, I couldn’t find a single issue when work was complete. Mike did a great job communicating with us on decisions we had to make and the schedule for the work throughout the project. "Fabulous! We needed our water conditioner serviced and other company wouldn't touch it because they didn't install it and just wanted to sell us a new one. Rebecca scheduled us for the following day! Steve Venditti was great, has 20 years of experience and knew what he was doing. He spoke with the manufacturer and they decided what needed to be done. He had the parts on his truck and 4 hours later the job was done. $500 included parts and labor and service call. Very fair price and excellent service. Totally professional. Highly recommend."

"Less than 5 years ago, I spent in excess of $10,000 to have a new unit installed with a 10 year warranty. I should have seen the red flags from the very beginning. The sales representative told us additional vents would be installed and when the installation crew showed up, that did not happen. Fast forward to the present and I am now on my 4th phone call for an appointment this season, 3 days so far of not being able to work as I waited for a technician to come diagnose the problem. The 3rd. tech came last night and indicated that the work the other tech did was not for the root of the problem. (I was told in front of witnesses that the work needed to be done, was not covered under warranty, would cost me $367 and would fix my issues)In fact, the 3rd tech only made the issue worse by leaving our attic return unscrewed and overfilling our unit with Freon that the 4th tech had to remove from our system. Upon leaving last night I was told that everything was corrected. Today - my home is slowly creeping up in temperature (presently 80 degrees inside, while set to 72). The company keeps trying to sell me a "maintenance plan" and I keep reiterating to EVERY one who pushes it that we have been getting tune ups/cleanings elsewhere and will only use them for warranty issues since we have had NOTHING but problems with them."
