"On Dec 21st, I hired Tony from Get It Done Roofing after seeing them listed on Angie's list to stop a persistent leak that had been impacting my ceiling. In writing, we agreed on $1,400. On Dec. 22nd, they re-flashed portions of the roof, and asked me to Zelle them the funds. I sent them the additional money and they did "something" that did NOT fix the issue and the ceiling is only getting worse. On Feb. 17th, I reported that the issue was not resolved, and on Feb. 21st, Tony apologized and said he had family issues and apologized for not responded. He has since gone dark and no longer responds. VERY DISAPPOINTED - They made promises, were paid (2x) and will no longer respond to fix the problem On Dec. 28, they asked me whether the repair held, and unfortunately it did not. "I had a friend whom I had hire for other jobs inside my home to repair my roof because he said that he could do it. Unfortunately I was not pleased with the outcome and concerned with long term effects of a substandard job. I contacted five boros and they came out right away, I explained the situation they gave me two quotes, a repair and a full replacement. They were patient with me making my decision because I was experiencing family problems. I decided on the full replacement because of the 20 year warranty. They were professional and efficient. They kept me updated with the progress of the job. The next morning I noticed that they forgot to put the gutter guards back on I contacted them immediately and they arranged to come out and replace it. I recommend the highly and whole heartedly. I plan to use the to replace my house roof in the spring."
