salesman was patient and thoroughly explained options. install was less than a day. they came and installed in the rain and never once complained. have a slight tear in screen that has not been fixed or replaced as it came that way....

They did half of our windows and we will have them come back before the winter to install some more windows: they were that good. We can't say enough good things about them!
