The garage addition is so nice that neighbors were joking that hubby would enjoy being banished to this impressive space. Quality work and customer satisfaction are on top of the priority of Ken and all his crew has the same priorities. They were all easy to work with with a great sense of humor. They do superb work with great attention to detail and city inspectors were always impressed and complimentary of the stellar work. Ken and his team bent over backward to work with us and our schedule and always showed up when they said they would work quickly and efficiently. Jennifer in the office is a joy to work with, too, and really cares about the customer. The whole team is totally trustworthy,. They are good communicators, easy to work with, and gave excellent results."

"Two large ceiling collapses from upstairs water leaks, in kitchen and bathroom. Demos part myself. Recommend removing everything and discuss shelves and fixtures in the room or there might be a light coating of dust despite DCS coverings and vacuum cleanup efforts. Honestâ if they quote, they keep to word. I signed contract with a different company before DCS but when they arrived they told me it would be 50% moreâ luckily they refunded my deposit. I gave extensive photos but Ask other companies if they will stand behind their quoteâ they may need to visit. Father/son veterans company. Although they subcontracted part of the work, the work was well done. Thank you!"

"I hired Jeff and his crew to tape, mud, and sand the drywall I hung myself in my ~1000 square foot basement. To begin, Jeff is fantastic at communication. He always let me know when he planned on arriving or if his schedule changed. I never was left wondering when or if he would show up. I also let me know when his crew would arrive, and the names of the people I should be expecting. I had many built-in bookshelves, closets, and intricate areas, and he did an amazing job. The quality of his work and of his crew is excellent. If anything isn't quite right, he took care of it efficiently and properly. He finished 2 days ahead of schedule. It's obvious Jeff takes pride in his work and his business. I felt like his goal was to finish the job the way he would want it done if it was his own home. I would work with Jeff and his crew again without hesitation. I'd recommend him to any of my family or friends. This is probably the longest review I've ever written, but it was just a great experience from start to finish."
