He was very involved in the project, and I could always reach him when I needed to talk to him. They turned my small, neglected back and side yard into a place that brings me so much joy! They put up a new retaining wall, graded the back yard and put down sod, and installed a magnificent side patio. What a difference!! They also removed some old shrubs and landscaped with mulch and crushed stone. They even made a very cool rock garden out of the large boulders that they dug up from my back yard! Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
