"My A/C system froze up. While searching for an A/C company to come out on Labor Day weekend I found Greyguard Heating & Cooling. They listed 24 hour service available. Jacob came out very shortly after I contacted them about repairing it and got my system cooling but made it very clear the 11 year old system needed to be replaced. I got a quote and requested it be a Rheem A/C system. They drove to Jacksonville to get the heat pump. Talk about customer service.
