"Nick did a fabulous job on our basement remodel. His craftmanship and creative problem solving really helped transform a challenging space in our 100+ year home. While there are many good contractors and carpenters out there, what sets Nick apart is his excellent communication skills and willingness to incorporate our ideas into the project in a way that combined our vision for the project and Nick's technical expertise to create a beautiful update to our home. Nick did a great job keeping us in the loop as the project was going and always was clear about any issues he encountered and potential ways to address them. We added a good number of additional components to the job and he was able to effectively address all aspects of the project (plumbing, electric, HVAC, dry wall, insulation, etc.) really well and keep things moving along with minimal disruptions. He is very detailed in his final trim and door work and definitely knows how to make things look very good! He did a great job with clean up too and was very helpful with material sourcing to achieve our desired look and style. I highly recommend him to friends and family and look forward to seeing what he will accomplish as he continues to build his business."

Talking about his staff, Flavio and his wife set the pace, very nice couple, the wife is unbelievably strong, the framing they constructed was a sight to behold, I almost said they should leave it at that stage so I can look at it daily! Then came the drywall guy, Pedro and his wife, yet another diligent couple, did an excellent job. My best friend was Mikey, he is jack of all trade, expert in all. There is nothing he cannot do, he is a plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc! The bathroom he built was 100% perfect, the lighting was extremely beautiful. Mikey is fast, funny, strong, and multi-skilled. You Rock Lunar’s Grandpa. Mikey has a good supporter – David, quiet and strong. Mikey is always happy. "

Our biggest priorities were quality work that we could trust was done right (no cutting corners) and timely completion of the project (no disappearing contractor horror stories), and that is what we got with Buckeye Basements. They presented us with a timeline at the beginning and it was accurate throughout the project, even ending a few days early. "I am posting this review again because I don’t know if it got posted and I wanted to say that our family is absolutely thrilled with the work that Todd and his team did on our basement!!!! We recently moved into a new house and needed a large, 1500 square foot basement finished. Todd helped design the perfect space which includes a separate room with a walk in closet, a full bath with tiled walls and floors and even a hide away play area for our kids!! The lighting and fixtures were great too!! We trusted Todd the whole way through and he did not disappoint one bit!! We didn’t have any problems or disagreements during the entire project!!
