"This review is delayed, sorry, but I definitely wanted to leave a positive review for Hank! He managed to salvage the wood flooring at a rental property and they look beautiful! There were weak spots and even missing floor boards but he fixed it, replaced the boards and now everything looks like new. Absolutely recommend him. After he was done, I noticed a small spot in the hallway that had some issues with the top coat. (Bad lighting so it was easy to miss!) He came back out right away and took care of it!
