"I hired John Howard to remove my 20 yr old water heater and water pressure tank and replace with same. I found him to be professional, personable, and knowledgeable. This was during the covid-19 time so store shopping for parts created a delay for him, because of the wait to even get into the store. He immediately text me to alert me of that so we just rescheduled the job for the next weekend.
