"I first hired Sid at HVAC Services about 13-14 years ago, after a larger company, ruined our boiler system by overwhelming the expansion tank during a routine tune up on a 50yo boiler. That larger company refused to back up their work or accept responsibility. We hired Sid, via word of mouth from a neighbor. Iâ m glad we did. He installed a high efficiency boiler for us, and boy did we start saving money immediately. After he did that, we hired him to fix our AC units that, the same larger company had not only over sold us on, but did not install properly. Eventually, those old acs quit working (they never cooled our 100 yo house properly to begin with). Then Sid installed new acs for our house. We not only had better ac units, but our house actually cooled properly. A few years ago, we were put in an unfortunate position, of having to completely rebuild the inside our home after a house fire. We hired Sid for the HVAC installation. He and his employees had to install new ductwork, our furnaces (we did not go back to a boiler system) and our ACs. The equipment that he installed was high efficiency and is comfortable during all the months of the year be it hot or cold outside. Sid is very excited to find the newest and best technology for his clients, he is honest, takes pride in his work, and from what we have experienced with other bids, is very competitive and fair, with his pricing. We are quite happy with our HVAC system he installed for us, and we plan to continue to have him maintain and service our units well into the future."

"Bob Hamilton installed a new ac and furnace for us last year. The whole process was extremely fast. They were very courteous. Richard gave us multiple options to chose from and measured our vents to help us pick the right size. I had no idea that your vents and layout of the house meant you needed a certain kind of system. The one we picked has saved us a ton of money on bills and they even threw in a Nest thermostat. We also purchased a humidifier and UV light which we're loving. We're service partners now and they call me when it's ready to get my system checked for the season. I'm really happy I found them. They help me keep my home maintained without me having to think about it. You don't even have to wait around all day for them because they call you at least 30 minutes before the tech is on their way. All of their pricing is upfront and I like the annual checks because they help me identify things I may need to do down the road. The checks also teach me a lot about how things work in my house. It's kind of like having your dad come over."

"Iâ ve used Jackson Heating and Cooling multiple times and always have phenomenal response and service. Jon installed our new system 3 years ago after servicing our old system for a little over a year. Jon does all of the work himself and is very meticulous about making sure itâ s done correctly. Our most recent service, my wife and I were on vacation out of the country. My in-laws are staying at the house with our kids. My father in law calls and says the furnace is making a loud noise, like metal on metal. So, I called Jon and he shows up at my house at 8 pm on a Tuesday night to see what the issue is. He immediately ordered the part needed (covered under warranty). Unfortunately, like everything these days, the part wasnâ t available until Thursday morning. So, Jon went the extra mile and brought space heaters to our home to get my in-laws and kids by until he could fix the part. Jon showed up Thursday morning and got the part replaced and itâ s working good as new now, even better than it was before. I will always use Jon for any service needs with HVAC in our home. "Keenan arrived earlier than scheduled, calling first to coordinate early arrival. I'm pleased that he could arrive early, and work past 5 pm on a Friday to resolve our problem, for no extra charge. He also wore blue booties in our home. Not needed, but much appreciated in terms of courtesy and professionalism. The resolution was complex, and Keenan's diagnosis of our 15-year-old system was spot on. Unfortunately, the replacement fan motor he installed failed, and he was making arrangements to get an emergency part from a parts house that was already closed. It was a cool day, and our brick house did not need an urgent response to remain comfortable. I offered that we regroup on Saturday. Keenan agreed, and offered to bring another HVAC expert with him to put another set of eyes on the problem. Do you see the professionalism of this humble approach? I did immediately, and I remain impressed. Both arrived early on Saturday with a new motor, and performed forensics on the failed motor before trying the newest motor. I call this "doubling down." With extra time and a fresh focus, Keenan identified a bad (rusty) connection, corrected it skilfully, and installed the new motor. It worked flawlessly immediately. And he also repaired a few other items to preempt failures at some future date. Keenan is what we were looking for; a skilled diagnostician, committed to customer experience, and minimizing cost. He identified items needing maintenance, giving us the opportunity to fix them now to avoid a failure later. We have found our HVAC service company, and look forward to Keenan's preventative service visits on a 6-month basis. Our HVAC was a big investment, and is worthy of regular service by this excellent service company."

"I had AB May come out to check my furnace and the tech told me I had a cracked heat exchanger. I wanted a second opinion, so I called Eric with Alliance. He came over within 30 mins of calling and did a water test to check for leaks. Luckily found nothing! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone who needs service done. If I ever need any work on my furnace, I will definately be calling him again!"
